If you are experiencing an emergency, please Dial 911 and speak with an emergency operator.
Our highest priority is to help our patients feel safe and full of hope. Having thoughts of ending your life does not have to be a secret internal battle. Please be as open as possible about these feelings. Suicidal thoughts are not permanent. We can help support you as your enthusiasm for life returns.
If you can check any of the above boxes, but you do not want to go to the ER for in-person support from a licensed therapist, then please reach out to our Designated Crisis Responder Line, a 24-hour holistic analysis of suicide risk for potential inpatient services: (206) 263-9200.

If you express a desire to harm yourself or someone else, you have thought of a plan, you have the means to carry out that plan, and you feel genuinely determined or afraid for your safety or the safety of someone else, then we will make every effort to help you find crisis services voluntarily. If we cannot achieve a resolution and safety plan within our visit, then we will contact EMS or your emergency contact, whichever you prefer.
Psychiatric treatments are individualized and often require extensive investigation to accurately determine the cause of a medication side effect or the most appropriate adjustment to an unoptimized plan of care. Communication between patient and provider is often very difficult because providers are in high demand and are booked with patient appointments during normal business hours.
As such, we do not offer consultations by email, texting, or over the phone and recommend setting a follow-up appointment in one of our scheduled slots reserved for “crisis/urgent follow-up” instead.
