After your first visit with your provider ends, you will receive an email with directions for the remote testing tasks that you will complete between the first and second visits.

The QB Test will be uploaded for analysis automatically. Still, the ADHD Profile will need to be shared with your provider because once you open the link to the private Google spreadsheet that contains your ADHD profile, we no longer have access.

You are the sole owner of this data, and for your provider to review the results with you, you will need to share them before or during the Assessment Results Visit.

The easiest way to do this is to create a shareable link and paste it into the patient portal chat or an email with your provider.

To make a sharable link, click the Share button in the top right of your spreadsheet.

Under General access, change ‘restricted’ to ‘Anyone with the link’ and change the dropdown on the right from ‘Viewer’ to ‘Editor.’
